Services for Stockton Burn Capt. Max Fortuna are underway. Speakers are expected to include Mayor Kevin Lincoln, Burn Chief Rick Edwards, Fortuna'south daughter Samantha Velasquez and Stockton Burn down Capt. Ryan Hoskinson.

Fortuna will receive two honors during the service: the IAFF Martin East. Pierce Commemorative Line-of-Duty Death Medal and California Professional person Firefighters medallion.
